Course Content
Bu ders, finansal tablo analizi, bütçeleme ve tahmin, sermaye bütçelemesi ve risk yönetimi dahil olmak üzere finansal yönetimin temel konularını kapsamaktadır. Öğrenciler kurumsal finans, yatırım analizi ve portföy yönetimi ilkelerini keşfedeceklerdir. Dersin içeriği ayrıca finansal piyasalar ve araçlar, paranın zaman değeri, sermaye maliyeti ve sermaye yapısının derinlemesine incelenmesini içerir. Dersler, vaka çalışmaları ve uygulamalı alıştırmaların bir kombinasyonu sayesinde öğrenciler finansal karar verme ve stratejik finansal planlama konularında uygulamalı deneyim kazanacaklardır.
Objectives of the Course
Finansal Yönetim dersinin amacı, öğrencileri iş dünyasında etkili karar verme için gerekli olan finansal ilkeler ve uygulamalar konusunda sağlam bir temelle donatmaktır. Ders, öğrencilerin finansal planlama, analiz ve kontrol anlayışlarını geliştirerek finansal kaynakları verimli bir şekilde yönetmelerini sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Öğrenciler finansal performansı değerlendirmeyi, stratejik yatırım kararları almayı ve finansal politikaların organizasyonel büyüme ve istikrar üzerindeki etkilerini anlamayı öğreneceklerdir. Dersin sonunda öğrenciler, bilinçli ve stratejik finansal yönetim yoluyla kuruluşlarının finansal başarısına katkıda bulunmaya hazır olacaklardır.
