Dear Students

As the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, our main mission is to educate our students as managers, experts or entrepreneurs who can construct and implement management systems and produce solutions to business problems in the micro sense and economy in the macro sense. Adhering to this mission, on the one hand, our students' skills in theoretical and practical courses are developed and simultaneously, their research skills at national and international level are strengthened.

The curriculum of our department includes courses in which our students can fully master analytical techniques, industry-company based projects and case studies. In addition to the basic field courses such as business administration, behavioural sciences, human resources management, accounting, marketing management and international marketing, marketing research, quantitative methods and operations research, production management, information management, business finance, financial management, behavioural finance, stock exchange, finance, law, a variety of elective courses allows our students to focus on different fields. Our case studies courses serve as a simulator for our students and prepare them directly for life.

After a successful education life, our students assume important positions in the real sector in Turkey and abroad. Our graduates work as entrepreneurs in their own businesses, in accounting-finance, human resources, marketing, purchasing, production and management departments of Konya and national companies in the private sector. In addition, our graduates work in the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, Banks and Participation Banks, Capital Markets Board, Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice and other public institutions.

We are proud to graduate our Business Administration Department students as competent entrepreneurs and professionals with our education-oriented and business life integrated programmes. I wish all our students success in their education life.
