Değer önerisini temel alan girişimcilik iş fikrinin belirlenmesi ve iş modeli üretimi ile şirketleşme aşamasına getirilmesi ele alınmaktadır. Ekip kurma liderlik özellikleri geliştirme ele alınmaktadır. Hem yaratıcı iş fikri geliştirme hem de değer önerisi sunabilme kapsamında girişimcilik, liderlik ve şirketleşmeye değinilmektedir.
Objectives of the Course
Yaratıcılık ile girişimciliğin ilişkisi sonucu iş fikri geliştirme, geliştirilen iş fikrini iş modeli tuvali kapsamında detaylandırma, etkin bir iş planı hazırlama, fon kaynakları desteği ile şirketleşme fırsatları.
