Course Content
The content of the course consists of basic grammar topics, professional vocabulary, job interviews, language problems that may occur in the business world and solutions to these problems.

1 The responsibilities of certain jobs. What are the responsibilities of people who work in sales and purchasing departments?
2 Common collocates including "sales". The importance of cooperation between sales and purchasing departments.
3 Presentations at trade fairs by people working in sales and purchasing departments. Communicating effectively at trade fairs.
4 How to make a successfull small talk. Emailing to a business partner just after the trade fair. How to type an effective email.
5 Offers, tenders and bids. The golden formula of successful sales: AIDA.
6 Talking about a product. Requesting for proposal. The tendering or bidding process.
7 Negotiations. The secrets of successful negotiations. Discussing terms and conditions with the partner.

9 Negotiating styles. Emailing to the partner after the negotiation. Win-win negotiations.
10 Ordering. Exchanging information on the phone just before ordering. Handling orders.
