Course Content
This course covers product management and product development processes, including product strategies, customer requirements analysis, design thinking, product launch, and product lifecycle management. The course also focuses on topics such as product innovation, market entry strategies, product pricing, and competitive analysis.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the processes of product management and product development. Students will gain knowledge from the product life cycle to market entry strategies, develop product management skills, and learn innovative product development approaches, enhancing their strategic thinking capabilities for achieving a competitive advantage in the market.
