Course Content
The Organisational Behaviour course covers a wide range of topics essential for understanding and managing human behaviour in organisational settings. Key areas of focus include motivation and job satisfaction, leadership theories and styles, group dynamics and team performance, organisational culture and change, communication processes and conflict resolution. The course also examines the impact of individual differences such as personality and perception on workplace behaviour. Through case studies, interactive discussions and practical exercises, students will gain insights into improving organisational effectiveness and creating a positive work environment.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the Organisational Behaviour course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how individuals, groups and structures influence behaviour in organisations. This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to analyse and develop organisational dynamics, enhance employee well-being and promote effective leadership and teamwork. By exploring the theories and practical applications of organisational behaviour, students will develop the ability to address complex workplace issues and contribute to the success and sustainability of their organisation.
