Course Content
Anayasa yargısı kavramı, kavram ve uygulamanın tarihsel gelişimi, anayasa yargısı modelleri, anayasa yargısının işlevi ve meşruluğu, anayasa mahkemelerinin genel olarak görev ve yetkileri, Anayasa Mahkemelerinin kurumsal yapıları, Anayasa Mahkemesi üyeliği, Türkiye'de Anayasa yargısının kısa tarihi, kanunların anayasa uygunluğunun denetimi, bireysel başvuruların incelenmesi, Anayasa Mahkemesi ile Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi arasındaki ilişki ve etkileşim.
