Knowledge - 1 Develops and deepens his/her knowledge of concepts, institutions, or methods in the fields of public law and private law and their sub-disciplines at the level of expertise. 1 Develop and deepen knowledge in the same or in a different field to the proficiency level based on Bachelor level qualifications.
Knowledge - 2 Understands and establishes connections between the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law and the concepts, institutions, and methods of adjacent social sciences. 2 Conceive the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with.
Skills - 1 Uses the expert knowledge acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law in the analysis of issues and problems related to legal theory and practice. 1 Use of theoretical and practical knowledge within the field at a proficiency level.
Skills - 2 Ability to evaluate and interpret the expert knowledge acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law, together with information from different disciplines, and create new knowledge based on these. 2 Interpret the knowledge about the field by integrating the information gathered from different disciplines and formulate new knowledge.
Skills - 3 Solves the problems encountered in legal theory and practice by using research methods specific to the field of law. 3 Solve the problem faced related to the field by using research methods.
Competences Competence to Work Independently and Take Responsibility 1 Independently carries out a study that requires expertise in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law. 1 Independently conduct studies that require proficiency in the field.
Competences Competence to Work Independently and Take Responsibility 2 Develops new strategic approaches for the solution of complex problems that are unpredictable and require expertise encountered in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law, and produces solutions by taking responsibility, and leads studies towards this goal. 2 Take responsibility and develop new strategic solutions as a team member in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced within the applications in the field.
Competences Learning Competence 1 Evaluates the expert knowledge and skills acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law with a critical approach and directs his/her learning. 1 Evaluate knowledge and skills acquired at proficiency level in the field with a critical approach and direct the learning.
Competences Communication and Social Competence 1 Systematically conveys the expert knowledge acquired in the fields and sub-disciplines of public law and private law, as well as current developments in legal theory and practice, in written and oral form, to groups in the field and outside the field. 1 Communicate current developments and studies within the field to both professional and non-professional groups systematically using written, oral and visual techniques by supporting with quantitative and qualitative data.
Competences Communication and Social Competence 2 Critically questions legal concepts and institutions, established legal practice and legal rules, and takes initiative to develop and change them when necessary. 2 Investigate, improve social connections and their conducting norms with a critical view and act to change them when necessary.
Competences Communication and Social Competence 3 Ability to follow information in the field of law and communicate with colleagues by using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B2 General Level. 3 Communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B2 General Level.
Competences Communication and Social Competence 4 Uses advanced information and communication technologies along with computer software at the level required by the field of law. 4 Use advanced informatics and communication technology skills with software knowledge required by the field.
Competences Field Specific Competence 1 - Internalizes social, scientific, and ethical values in the processes of acquiring, processing, and evaluating information regarding public law and private law fields and sub-disciplines. 1 Audit the data gathering, interpretation, implementation and announcement stages by taking into consideration the cultural, scientific, and ethic values and teach these values.
Competences Field Specific Competence 2 Develops and teaches the understanding of honesty, justice and ethics required to be a lawyer to others. 2 Develop strategy, policy and implementation plans on the issues related to the field and assess the findings within the frame of quality processes.
