Course Content
It is the theoretical and practical analysis of all phases of the proceedings regarding the unconstitutionality of laws and the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure at the Constitutional Court, and the characteristics that both the plaintiffs and the court should consider in this process, and the individual application regarding the violation of fundamental rights and freedoms.
Objectives of the Course
The development of the Constitutional Judiciary is the discussion of whether a new perspective can be brought by examining examples of its importance.
