Course Content
Seçim çerçevesinde seçme ve seçilme hakkı, seçim çevreleri, seçim sürecinin başından sonuna kadar, yani adaylık başvurusundan seçmenlerin oy kullanmasına ve sonuçların açıklanmasına kadar yapılan tüm işlemler, bunları yapan kişi ve kuruluşlar (siyasi partiler), seçim sürecini yöneten ve denetleyen kurumlar (Yüksek Seçim Kurulu) ile ilgili kurallar incelenecektir.
Objectives of the Course
Seçim hukukuna ilişkin temel kavram ve kurumları öğretmek, demokrasi içerisinde seçimin yerini kuramsal olarak öğrenmek, seçime ilişkin temel kural, ilke ve kurumları öğretmek.
