Definition of national human rights institutions, Paris Principles, Supervision of compliance with the Paris Principles, Types of national human rights institutions, Functions expected from these institutions, Relations of national human rights institutions with other relevant actors in the field, Factors affecting the success and failure of national human rights institutions. factors, the situation in Turkey.
