Course Content
In the course in question, the notification of the occupational accident and occupational disease in terms of Law No.6331 and Law No.5510, monetary aids and health benefits made by the SSI within the scope of the said insurance branch, administrative fines and objection related to the subject, work accident and occupational disease. Legal and criminal liability issues that may arise will be examined by evaluating scientific opinions and judicial decisions together.
Objectives of the Course
Work accident occupational disease insurance is an important part of our social security system. Especially the application of occupational accidents and legal consequences is of great importance for employees and employers. The aim of the course is to increase the theoretical and practical knowledge of the program students by providing detailed information on occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and ensuring that the legal consequences are evaluated within the framework of judicial decisions and scientific opinions.
