Objectives of the Course
İslam Ticaret Hukuku dersi alan öğrencilere İslam Ticaret Hukuku ile ilgili temel kavramları tanıtmak, islamda mal mülkiyet akit ve borç kavramları hakkında bilgi vermek, geniş ve bütüncül bir bakış açısı ile bakmalarını sağlanmaktır.
