Definition of nutrition in sport and exercise, energy and sporde energy metabolism, energy resources in athlete's diet, athlete's diets, basic nutrition principles
Objectives of the Course
To analyze the basic nutritional principles of sportsmen before or after the training, during and after the competition, to evaluate nutrition practices, body senses and eating disorders to improve performance
