The role of neurophysiological mechanisms in movement control, theoretical basis of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques, application methods of PNF techniques, case examples
Objectives of the Course
To provide basic knowledge on the role and effect mechanisms of Poprieceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques in therapeutic exercises, to provide the concept of PNF exercises and techniques and to provide practice skills.
