Course Content
In the 18th century, the art of calligraphy the famous calligraphers, and, in the 19th century, the art of calligraphy and the famous calligraphers, Altitude, and Mustafa school, Jalal-al-din Mahmud school and will be examined and differences between the two schools will be analyzed. Kadiasker Mustafa Izzet efendi, Shafiq bey, with a period of efendi, Sami efendi, Nazif bey, Hasan efendi, in the 20th century, the art of calligraphy and the famous calligraphers, Aziz efendi, Ismail hakki Altunbezer, Kamil Akdik, M. Become Ozyazici and Hamid Aytac will be introduced, and by examining the writings will be negotiated.
Objectives of the Course
To recognize calligraphers of 17th and 18th century. Besides informing about contributions to calligraphy art of Mustafa Rakım, Mahmud Jalaluddin,Sami Efendi, Şevki Efendi and Kadıasker Mustafa İzzet Efendi.
