Course Content

Objectives of the Course
The techniques of traditional plain weavings will be taught and the analysis of the determined varieties and local weavings will be made. Designs will be created and applied by choosing a sample from the analyzed plain weaves and making size and quality calculations. Weaving loom, its types, warp tensioning processes will be taught. The designed patterns will be woven as products. In addition, different designs from the selected regions will be continued.
