Course Content
Civil engineering package program, basic assumptions in system modeling, modeling of curtain-frame systems, idealizations, matrix displacement method and end element method (node), node point and elements, freedom ratings, internal forces and positive directions in shell and frame elements, ideCAD content graphical environment, description of menus, creation of new models or additions of existing models, installations.
Objectives of the Course
Using ideCAD structural analysis program, to teach 2D and 3D structural systems calculations for different load cases (fixed, moving, wind, earthquake, temperature and other) and their combinations, evaluation of results, detection and elimination of modeling mistakes.
