Course Content
Introduction of masonry structures and materials, giving project data. Investigation of properties of brick and mortar to be used in masonry construction project. According to TBDY 2018 regulation, the building height of the masonry structure determination. Drawing the formwork plan, placing horizontal and vertical bond beams in accordance with TBDY 2018 regulations. Slab load analysis and slab calculations. Ladder calculation. Load on horizontal beams transposition. Load transfer to the ground floor walls. Shear stiffness center calculation. Earthquake calculation. Shear stress calculation. Under-wall foundation design. Static project drawings. Project delivery.
