Course Content
To teach numerical methods in the solution of linear and nonlinear systems of equations, numerical derivative, numerical integral, ordinary and partial differential eqautions; how to formulate and solve solid, fluid and thermal engineering problems; and knowledge about programming of numerical methods.
Objectives of the Course
The primary objective of this course is to introduce the student to numerical calculation methods and its role in civil engineering problem-solving.
