Machinery

The objective of the Machinery Program is to train qualified machinery technicians capable of working in areas essential to the machinery sector—particularly manufacturing, design, production, maintenance and repair, quality control, and technical services. These technicians will be able to apply fundamental engineering knowledge and professional technical skills, effectively utilize technical drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) tools, monitor production processes, and devise solutions to technical problems.

Furthermore, the program aims to produce graduates who are sensitive to principles of occupational health and safety, quality, the environment, and sustainability; who adhere to professional ethical values; who are adept at teamwork and effective communication; and who keep pace with technological advancements while embracing a commitment to lifelong learning.

The vision of the Machinery Program is to be a preferred associate degree program at both regional and national levels—distinguished by its practice-oriented educational approach, strong industry collaboration, curriculum aligned with current technologies, and commitment to continuous improvement—that effectively meets the industry's need for qualified technical personnel and produces graduates who stand out due to their professional competence.
