Disaster and risk concepts, definition, importance, Phases of disaster-related events, reducing risks and damages, Disaster training and its Importance, Disaster types and classifications, Disaster management in hospitals, Fire safety and evacuation, Earthquake regulation and disaster management, Psychological trauma in disasters, coping methods and burnout syndrome, First aid in disasters, Coordination, communication and command in disaster management, Disaster management in chemical and biological attacks, UMKE (National Medical Rescue Team) promotion and information, Disaster harm reduction studies in Turkey and the world.
Objectives of the Course
To ensure that they have knowledge of the basic concepts and terms related to disaster management and use the knowledge and experience required by their profession in disaster situations.
