Course Content
It is a practical application covering 20 working days in health care institutions and hospitals where the operating room unit is located.

P1 She kKnows what the duties, powers and responsibilities of the anesthesia technician are, is familiar with the relevant laws and regulations, and complies with ethical principles. 5
P2 Knows and uses devices and equipment in line with the knowledge obtained in the field of anesthesia, and identifies problems related to the device or the patient when faced with an unexpected situation. 5
P3 She applies the entire anesthesia plan together with the experts in line with perioperative needs, and has basic knowledge about possible complications and asepsis-antisepsis practices 4
P6 Has basic knowledge and application skills about the basic structure and functioning of the human body, diseases of organs and systems, terminological concepts, and appropriate interventions. 5
P7 Has basic pharmacology knowledge on drugs, their definition, interaction, calculations, antidotes used, effects and side effects, application areas and methods, emergency interventions, and the use of all anesthetic agents in individuals. 5
P9 She has an idea about basic and advanced life support practices, medications used, transportation to the hospital, the reanimation process, and all possible complications. 5
P11 Gains the ability to synthesize the theoretical and theoretical knowledge acquired in line with the interests and abilities of individuals related to health and the information that will enable them to develop personally. 5

O1 Being able to express how to use the anesthesia device before, during and after the surgery and the source of the problems that may be encountered, determining the patient's needs with appropriate measurement methods and techniques and expressing the reason and how the necessary treatment will be applied and its effects on the patient. O2 Ability to understand the purpose of use of all medical devices and equipment used in the operating room by determining patient needs and health service needs, what appropriate interventions are and what the results will be after the application. P.2.2 7
O3 Ability to express the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative processes of the surgery to be performed, all the necessary information and registration procedures of the patient to be prepared for the surgery, and how to calibrate and prepare all devices that can be used in the operating room.
