Basic Concepts in Surgery, Fluid-Electrolyte Balance, Homeostasis, Chronic Diseases and Care, Asepsis and Sterilization Methods, Nutrition and Fluid Electrolyte Balance in Internal Medicine and Surgical Patients, Surgical Infections, Wound Healing, Preoperative Patient Care, Surgical Care, Postoperative Patient Care Includes Early and Late Postoperative Complications. Internally and Surgically; Endocrine System, Digestive System, Colon-Rectum Diseases, Liver Gallbladder and Bile Tract Diseases, Urinary System Diseases, Eye Diseases, Ear-Nose-Throat Diseases, Chest-Cardiovascular Diseases, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Diseases and Burns, Orthopedic Diseases Explains Neurosurgical Diseases and Breast Diseases. It covers Oncological Surgery and Organ Transplantation. Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course, it is aimed that students will be able to carry out applications that will provide the care, education and rehabilitation of patients who need to be treated internally and surgically, with a holistic approach, in the medical treatment processes, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative periods.
