Course Content
Consumer concept, consumer definition and its elements, reasons for consumer protection, general conditions of operation and unfair terms in consumer contracts, consumer protection against deceptive advertisements and unfair business practices, defective goods and services concept, shame types, installment sales contracts, consumer loan contracts, credit The legal nature and provisions of the card contracts, the concept of contract for holiday purposes in general and the types of authorities that will implement the law on consumer protection, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts constitute the content of the course.
Objectives of the Course
The main purpose of consumer transactions is to adopt basic rights and legal remedies that consumers can apply.
