Course Content
ithin the framework of this course, after examining what the executive organs are, and the execution of the ilams given from the courts rules, in particular the execution of negotiable documents. In addition to bankruptcy crimes and precautionary seizures are also examined. In bankruptcy law, a merchant is bankrupt The procedures and concordaties are discussed. Also after bankruptcy the liquidation of the goods and the satisfaction of the receivables are examined.
Objectives of the Course
The purpose of execution and Bankruptcy Law course is to teach the basic principles and principles of executive law.
