Course Content
The content of the course is made in order to reach the material reality after a crime and the prosecution office and the order of his custody at the forefront of the investigation phase and the penalty the courts' trial stage (prosecution) constitutes. This about the crime after the offense of the public prosecutor and the police such as investigations in the investigation, arrest and arrest protection measures are examined.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to eliminate all doubts about a crime committed to investigate the process that should be followed in revealing the truth. Criminal to protect fundamental rights and freedoms while revealing the material truth of reasoning. both the defendant and the victim's aim of making the rights of function dominate the whole course.
