Course Content
The content of the course is made in order to reach the material reality after a crime and the prosecution office and the order of his custody at the forefront of the investigation phase and the penalty the courts' trial stage (prosecution) constitutes. This about the crime after the offense of the public prosecutor and the police such as investigations in the investigation, arrest and arrest protection measures are examined.
Objectives of the Course

4 Parties Involved in the Proceedings: Witness, Expert Witness, Victim, Injured Party, Financially Responsible Party, Intervenor.
5 Protective Measures, Characteristics, Prerequisites, Arrest and Detention, Imprisonment and Judicial Control as Protective Measures
6 Search and Seizure among Protective Measures, Monitoring of Communication via Telecommunications among Protective Measures
7 Protective Measures Include the Deployment of Undercover Investigators and Technical Surveillance.
8 The Course of Criminal Proceedings: Investigation Phase (Commencement of the Investigation Phase, Investigation Procedures, Termination of the Investigation Phase, Acceptance or Rejection of the Indictment)
