Course Content
The concept of administration, the divisions of the administration from the legislative and executive functions, Administration The birth of the law, characteristics, sources, Turkish administrative organization and general principles, administrative authority and responsibilities of institutions, central administration and decentralization, Administrative work and the establishment and execution of administrative contracts, concepts such as civil servants, public goods and public services are covered in detail.
Objectives of the Course
A technical extension of the executive branch in accordance with the principle of separation of powers, a constitutional principle the ""Administration"" is to examine the legal relationship between individuals.
