Course Content
This course covers data collection, analysis, and reporting processes in MES systems, performance indicators (OEE, availability, quality rate), shift-based and periodic production reports, custom report design, and dynamic reporting tools. Integration of reporting systems with higher-level software, data security, real-time alarm mechanisms, and the development of visual dashboards are explained through practical examples.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with the ability to analyze data obtained from Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and generate meaningful reports. Students learn to create performance, efficiency, quality, and maintenance reports at various levels (operator, machine, line, and plant) to support production decision-making processes.
