Course Content
In this course, students are introduced to project management, risk management, work plan development, and thesis writing guidelines. Throughout the project process, they define the problem, conduct a literature review, and proceed to the conceptual design stage. Students maintain regular meetings with their advisors while continuing design, analysis, prototype, or simulation studies. At the end of the process, a project report is prepared, revised according to feedback, and the course concludes with a presentation and evaluation phase.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to develop students'abilities to plan, execute, and finalize a project process. Through experience in problem identification, literature review, design, and reporting, students gain a comprehensive understanding of project management.
