Course Content
This course will review the stages of creating and implementing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects and explain the activities to be carried out at each stage. Topics include assigning project managers, clearly defining business processes, identifying problems, setting priorities, selecting appropriate MES software, examining and installing existing machine equipment, integrating systems with application software and other related platforms, designing visual interfaces (andon and dashboards), generating reports, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing improvement initiatives.

The course aims to review the stages of developing and executing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects and to explain the activities to be carried out at each stage.
