Course Content
This course; The philosophy of effective change includes guiding principles that will help organizations prepare people to participate in change, the elements and benefits that will create action plans, and examples of organizations that have achieved successful change.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course; It is to contribute to the students' recognition of the necessary characteristics for leadership in situations that require permanent change at the institutional and professional level, and to use them in nursing practice in the future.
