The vision of our Department is; Its mission is to be a leader at the national level by providing continuous improvement in nursing education; To train leader nurses who combine scientific knowledge, ethical knowledge and humanistic approach and can create changes in the field of health care in the future.

In line with these views, there are differences that distinguish our curriculum from other nursing education programs. One of these is that a combination of an educational sciences model and the empirical, aesthetic and ethical ways of knowing that form the basis of nursing has been created. The second difference is the compulsory and elective courses that we have carefully placed in the program in order to eliminate the lack of self-care that we observe in our society and the deficiencies in nurse-patient communication that we generally observe among our colleagues. The third important difference of the program is that nursing care is based on the understanding of nursing care theorists rather than the medical model. We expect this training program, which is a first in our country with these features, to be an example and reference.
