Course Content
Basic Concepts and Theories in Management, Health Services Management, Problem solving and decision making organization, Health Team and Role Structures, Effective Nursing Management Principles, Organizational Communication, Nursing care, presentation and organizations, Change Management, Human resources management, Manpower planning in nursing, Conflict Management, Leadership, Total quality management, Legal regulations related to health and nursing.
Objectives of the Course
It is to raise nurses who will increase the efficiency and quality in nursing services, provide the most appropriate nursing service to the conditions of the day, and have gained the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to become a manager.
