Course Content
Bu ders, hastayı anlamada ve kendini tanımada iletişim kavramını, düşünce-duygu-davranış arasındaki bağlantıları, empatik (etkin) dinleme, temel insan tepkilerinden atılganlığın (assertiveness) kişilerarası ilişkileri nasıl etkilediği, duyguların "ben dili"ve "sen dili"ile ifadesinin insan ilişkileri üzerindeki etkisi, mesleki ve sosyal ilişki arasındaki farkı, iletişimde terapötik olan ve olmayan görüşme tekniklerini ve bazı durumlarda sorun oluşturan hasta davranışlarına yönelik hemşire yaklaşımlarını içermektedir.
