Course Content
Basic concepts about abuse and neglect, physical, emotional, sexual abuse in children and child approach; nursing, malpractice, atraumatic care in children, as one of the most frequently exposed occupations of abuse.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is; develop a common understanding of basic concepts in child abuse and neglect; to provide information that enables the nurse to identify the symptoms of physical, emotional, economic, sexual abuse and neglect, and to raise qualified and competent personnel in child abuse and neglect as health professionals.
