Course Content
Design methods of large systems, subsystem design, CAD tools and design processes (laying and simulating), design rules, MOS devices and integrated fabrication, MOS circuit concepts, MOS performance characters, testability.
Objectives of the Course
In this course the basic structures of the VLSI System will be processed directly from those associated with the application. Students will learn to construct basic VLSI systems from primitive circuit structures while learning processes related to fabrication of CMOS devices.
