Course Content
Introduction to Project Management, Project Organization, Leadership and Project Teams, Project Activities, Project Scope and Activity Relations, Scheduling, Project Monitoring, Project Report, Forms and Plans, Project Risk Management, Project Management Software, Project Presentation
Objectives of the Course
To provide the students with the basic knowledge necessary for project management and planning in order to plan and organize the projects effectively. To be able to create project management plan and to be able to apply project management tools.
