Course Content
Bu ders, proje yönetiminin temel ilkelerini ve uygulamalarını kapsar; proje başlatma, planlama, yürütme, izleme ve kapatma konularını içerir. Konular arasında entegrasyon, kapsam, zaman, maliyet, kalite, insan kaynakları, iletişim, risk, tedarik ve paydaş yönetimi yer alır. Ayrıca, Çevik proje yönetimi gibi modern yaklaşımlara özel önem verilmektedir.
Objectives of the Course
The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage projects. Students will learn about the project management process, from initiation to closure, and how to apply various management techniques to achieve project objectives.
