Course Content
The content of this course is consisted of basic concepts, positive and negative aspects of technology, addiction; the definitions of internet, game, smartphone and social network addiction, cyberbullying, its types, prevalence, researches, awareness and coping strategies for individuals, children, families and society.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to present information within the framework of examining the basic concepts, symptoms, psychosocial reflections of technology addiction, which has been common in recent years with technological developments, as well as the effects of virtual content elements such as mobile phones, games, social media on individuals and societies, individual coping strategies with technology addiction and social prevention policies.
