Week	Topics
1	History Awareness and Society course actually means creating thoughts and raising youth. The introduction of Mehmet Arif Bey's 93 Moskof Harbi and What Happened to Us will be read and a one page summary will be made.
2	What does cultural homeland mean, Ömer Seyfettin's story titled Forsa will be evaluated on the content of "Homeland is where the flag waves".
3	The efforts of the Turkish Nation to seek and develop civilization since the beginning will be evaluated together with some cultural changes such as the alphabet.
4	Based on the region we live in, the identity-forming effect of the surviving artifacts on the society and the stamp of ownership of the country will be emphasized. Like the role of Selimiye in determining to whom Edirne belongs.
5	The importance of protecting historical monuments in terms of the sense of belonging in society.
6	Women heroes Bacıyan-ı Rûm, Şerife Bacı, Kara Fatma (Seher), Rahime Hatun.
7	Women Heroes: Ayşe Çavuş et al, Anadolu Müdafaa-yı Vatan Cemiyeti.
8	The stance of Kara Ali Sergeant from Çetmili and his son Sancaktar Mehmet in defense of the homeland.
9	The relationship between cultural change and civilization change; the shaping of change through indigenous thought. What Prof. Fritz Neumark meant by "If the Turk is removed from history, there is no history left"will be discussed.
10	The relationship between Stockholm syndrome and the idea that "Persecution began in 1453"will be discussed.
11	Discussing the question "Why couldn't the Turks form a union when unions such as the EU, the British Commonwealth, the Russian Union were established?".
12	The reasons for the defeat in the Balkan Wars will be evaluated in terms of political campism and the cost to society will be emphasized.
13	The relationship between manchurianism, voluntary colonialism and the understanding of mandate will be evaluated through Genghis Aitmatov's Gün Olur Asra Bedel. "Why is terrorism a tool of corruption and imperialism?"will be evaluated.
14	The cost of failing to raise the local intellectual type will be evaluated through the Young Ottomans and Young Turks.
