Course Content
Information exchange will be ensured by evaluating some examples of historical past and accumulation that will stimulate thought, and research will be carried out by examining works related to some events and developments that have an impact on society.
Objectives of the Course
To make students comprehend the benefits of utilizing the consciousness of history in ensuring the existence and integrity of society and the formation of social peace.

| 1 | History Awareness and Society course actually means creating thoughts and raising youth. The introduction of Mehmet Arif Bey's 93 Moskof Harbi and What Happened to Us will be read and a one page summary will be made. |
| 2 | What does cultural homeland mean, Ömer Seyfettin's story titled Forsa will be evaluated on the content of "Homeland is where the flag waves". |
| 3 | The efforts of the Turkish Nation to seek and develop civilization since the beginning will be evaluated together with some cultural changes such as the alphabet. |
| 4 | Based on the region we live in, the identity-forming effect of the surviving artifacts on the society and the stamp of ownership of the country will be emphasized. Like the role of Selimiye in determining to whom Edirne belongs. |
| 5 | The importance of protecting historical monuments in terms of the sense of belonging in society. |
