With the entry into force of the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements, the Law No. 2821 on Trade Unions was repealed. Accordingly, radical changes have been made in Trade Union Law. Within the scope of this course, in addition to the changes made in the law of trade unions with the Law No. 6356, the basic concepts of the law of trade unions will be examined by taking into account the decisions of the Court of Cassation.
