Course Content
In this course, current developments and basic concepts in occupational health and safety law will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
Today, occupational health and safety is recognized as one of the most important issues in labor law. Occupational health and safety refers to the effective protection of the life and health of employees against the dangers that may arise from their work, working conditions and the tools and equipment used, and the provision of an environment where employees can work in a healthy and safe manner.
