Course Content
In this course, the current problems of labor law and the proposed solutions will be examined within the framework of the changing legislation and the latest Supreme Court decisions. In the content of the course, the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, Maritime Labor Law and Press Labor Law will be examined comparatively.
Objectives of the Course
After the Labor Law No. 4857 entered into force in 2003, significant changes have occurred both in the Law and in the decisions of the Court of Cassation. Due to the dynamic structure of individual labor law, legislative changes continue with the laws called omnibus laws. The aim of the course is to closely examine the current developments.
