Course Content
Within the scope of this course, the workers who are within the scope of job security law and the termination of the employment contracts of the workers within this scope will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
Labor Law No. 4857 introduced the system of job security, abolished the system of freedom of termination in terms of legal relations covered by job security, conditioned the birth of the right of termination on the existence of valid reasons specified in the law, placed the burden of proving these reasons on the employer, and stipulated the reinstatement of the employee or the payment of job security compensation and the employee's wages up to a maximum of four months for the idle periods.
