Course Content
Accordingly, after examining the authorization process in collective bargaining, the content of collective bargaining agreements, the types of collective bargaining agreements and the conclusion of collective bargaining agreements for one semester, finally, the field of application and termination of collective bargaining agreements will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
Significant changes have occurred in Collective Labor Agreement Law with the Law No. 6356. Within the scope of this course, the "Right to Collective Bargaining", which is regulated in the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements and guaranteed by Article 53 of the Constitution, will be examined with practical examples.
