Course Content
The Childbirth Preparation class aims to prepare expectant parents physically, psychologically and socially for the pre-birth, birth and post-birth periods during pregnancy. The class covers birth physiology, breathing and relaxation techniques, methods for coping with pain, the role of the partner during birth and conscious birth approaches.
