Course Content
In this course; human and its needs, self, self-esteem, self-knowledge and awareness, basic reactions in human behavior, cognitive affective process, importance of communication skills in human relations, factors affecting communication and knowledge and skills related to anger management are examined.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course; The aim is to enable the student to establish more positive personal and professional relationships with other people by using the effective communication skills gained by recognizing himself (self) and values.
