Course Content
How health assessment is used in planning nursing care in the nursing, objective, subjective assessment and evaluation techniques are covered. Then the skin, head and neck, breast, abdomen, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurology and musculoskeletal systems are evaluated.
Objectives of the Course
It aims to ensure that students acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to assess an individual's health status using a holistic approach. The goal is for students to develop their competencies in taking health histories, applying systematic physical examination methods, distinguishing between normal and abnormal findings, and reflecting the data obtained in the nursing care plan.
