Course Content
Determination of professional conduct codes of health personnel according to the relevant health legislation, cases where legal / criminal liability may arise and sanctions to be confronted
Objectives of the Course
The definition of health law and patient rights is to define the legal responsibilities that may arise from medical practice and thus to inform the health personnel about the legal risks they face.
